Whose side of the table
Passkey's attrition dashboards exist so the HOTEL can manage its inventory risk on your group. An agency doesn't get to buy it. Agency-side software watches the same dates from your side: your pickup, your release schedule, your exposure in dollars, your comp-room thresholds.
The agency back office
The hotel's tool will never chase your guests' deposits, run your commission ledger, or draft your couple updates. Those live in the agency's stack or nowhere. That's the gap this product fills: block control, guest booking, payments, e-sign, commissions, and reports in one tenant-isolated workspace.
Working together
When the resort runs Passkey, your block still needs its own watchtower. Track the contract's release schedule against your own rooming list, export a clean rooming CSV to the resort's format, and reconcile commission statements when they arrive.
