Built inside a working agency, because we needed it to exist.

Sera Agency Ops started as an internal tool for a working Riviera Maya destination wedding agency. The blocks were real, the deadlines were real, and the spreadsheet holding it all together kept breaking in the same places: a guessed cutoff date treated as confirmed, a guest paying late because nobody chased them, a rooming list three versions behind the truth.

So we built the system we couldn't buy. Room-block software existed for hotels. CRMs existed for travel advisors. Nothing existed for the agency that owns the block, answers to the couple, and earns its living on room nights. That gap is the product.

It still runs that agency's live weddings today. Every feature shipped because a real block needed it, and features that only demo well don't ship. The platform does the math and the chasing; the decisions that carry contract and money risk stay with you and the couple.
